Its significance industries are as follows: First, waste production; Secondly, wasteful material production, completing with industrial and agricultural waste-black fungus-feed-Biogas-organic fertilizer-a cycle of industrial and agricultural waste biomass, optimizing the agricultural structure and improving the biological environment, which has made huge economic, social and ecological benefits; Thirdly, use of waste energy conversion, production of " health food "," high-end gourmet vegetables " and " game delicacies domesticated food".these discarded regeneration practices are particularly suitable for China’s national conditions.YanBian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin Province is located in eastern China, Russia and Korea junction, at the foot of Changbai Mountain. The eastern area is next to the Japanese sea, surrounded by the north-west of Changbai Mountains, which forming a cool microclimate, but short of sunshine from June to September, the temperature was lower than the other five Changbai Mountain area, especially in favor of black fungus cultivation naive. The heathy development of Black fungus industry can not exist without these specific aspects Therefore, this study is based on field research, the focus of the analysis, supplemented by references production, circulation and consumption of other aspects of the reality of the situation, pointing out the various aspects of the problem generated by the cause of the problem and then analyzed and presented to the YanBian black fungus benign industrial development counter measures and suggestions to further improve the YanBian black fungus industry’s core competitiveness, and provide scientific reference for the government and relevant departments decisions. As for that the current study is the first empirical YanBian black fungus industry and its scarcely difficult to effectively guide the farmers black fungus cultivation, so the black fungus empirical research, and the results were analyzed based on reasonable advices from farmers.This is the starting point for planing this study and solving problems.
