Research On The Influencing Factors And Strategies For The Development Of Edible Mushroom Industry In Jilin Province

The advantageous characteristic industry of edible mushrooms has the advantages of "not competing for food with people,not competing for land,not competing for fertilizer with land,not competing for time with agriculture,and not competing for resources with other industries".After more than 40 years of development,the edible mushroom industry has become the third largest planting industry in Jilin Province,and its development level is at the forefront of the national edible mushroom industry.According to data from the China Edible Fungi Association,the total production of edible mushrooms in Jilin Province reached2.3112 million tons in 2021,with a total output value of 18.152 billion yuan.Although the edible mushroom industry in Jilin Province has developed rapidly and the quality and efficiency of its products have significantly improved,there is still a certain gap compared to "major edible mushroom provinces" such as Henan,Fujian,and Shandong.There is still huge potential for growth in the edible mushroom industry in Jilin Province.Based on this background,this article takes the influencing factors of the development of the edible mushroom industry in Jilin Province as the main research object.Through the reference and sorting of relevant literature,it applies industrial development theory,scale economy theory,resource endowment theory,and circular economy theory;From the perspective of the entire edible mushroom industry chain,a comprehensive and systematic analysis is conducted on the various links and related policies of edible mushroom cultivation,processing,circulation,consumption,and export trade.Through in-depth research,it is not difficult to find that there are problems in the development process of the edible mushroom industry in Jilin Province,such as "traditional production mode is the main mode;production and operation methods are relatively extensive;product added value is low;there is still room for improvement in market circulation;per capita consumption of edible mushrooms is low;and export trade is mainly primary products".In order to further explore the influencing factors of the development of edible mushroom industry in Jilin Province,this article,based on previous research results,collects and organizes relevant data,and uses grey correlation analysis method to take the output value of edible fungi in Jilin Province as the dependent variable.16 independent variable indicators are selected from four aspects: resource factors,technological factors,market demand factors,and policy factors,and relevant indicator data from 2012 to2021 is screened,Build a grey correlation system model.The empirical results obtained are arranged in descending order of the mean grey correlation degree: policy factors,resource factors,market demand factors,and technical factors.The 16 selected independent variable indicators have a correlation degree of 0.635 or above with the output value of edible mushrooms in Jilin Province,indicating a high degree of grey correlation.Based on the above research and combined with the actual development situation of the edible mushroom industry in Jilin Province,it is proposed to increase policy support and create a good industrial development environment;Scientifically utilizing local factor endowment conditions to promote sustainable development of industries;Expand domestic and international consumer markets and promote industrial transformation and upgrading;Policy recommendations for strengthening scientific research and technology promotion to achieve high-quality industrial development.To provide reference for the Jilin Provincial Government in formulating relevant policies,aiming to promote the high-quality development of the edible mushroom industry in Jilin Province and assist in rural revitalization.
