The Labor Dispatch System brought a revolution in traditional employingsystem. In China, the labor dispatch system has been developing rapidly, although itwas introduced until1970’s. The labor dispatch system has eased the pressure ofemploying in labor market, meanwhile, without complete legal and supervisionsystem, the labor dispatch system is developing toward wrong direction, which mayinfringes laborers’ rights. In view of this, the National Ministry of Labor issued newlaws about labor dispatch system in2013and2014, which may cause challenges formany enterprisesAs a manufacturing enterprise, the labor dispatch system has been carrying outfor over ten years in company J, but just like many other enterprises, there are alsosome illegal measures in it. So how to improve its labor dispatch system to avoidlegal risk without causing any detrimental effects on its business, becomes animportant issue for company J. This paper gives series of proposals on improvingmanagement measures and adjusting strategies in labor dispatch system of company J,which may make it have rational and long-term development.
