Research On Financing Problem Of High-tech Small And Micro Enterprises In China

High-tech small and micro enterprise is a indispensable part in the nationaltechnology and economic development. Nowdays,there are large numbers ofhigh-tech small and micro enterprises in our country. But the development situationof these high-tech small and micro enterprises is not optimistic. And the financingproblem is the major obstacle to the development of high-tech small and microenterprises.Firstly, we use a questionnaire to analyse the current financing situation ofhigh-tech small and micro enterprises in our country. Survey results show that thecurrent financing problems of high-tech small and micro enterprises include thefinancing difficulty, the financing gap, the narrow financing channels and the highcost of financing. And then, we deeply research the causes of these problems fromthree areas--the high-tech small and micro enterprises themselves, banks andgovernment support.Secondly, we analyse the experiences of solving the financing problem ofhigh-tech small and micro enterprises from the United States and Japan--the twomajor capitalist countries. And then, we analyse the credit service strategy tohigh-tech small and micro enterprise of Bank of Minsheng--“The king of small andmicro financing”.Tirdly, based on the research results in Chapter III, this paper builds systemdynamics archetypes from three areas, the high-tech small and micro enterprisesthemselves, banks and government support. And then, based on the experiences ofsolving the financing problem of high-tech small and micro enterprises from homeand abroad, we build countermeasures base mode of every system dynamicsarchetype.Finally, based on the analysis, this paper propose several ways to solve thefinancing situation of high-tech small and micro enterprises in our country from threeareas--the high-tech small and micro enterprises themselves, banks and governmentsupport.
