Research On Risk Assessment Of High - Tech Small And Small Enterprise Financing Guarantee Business

With the development of economy, some small micro enterprises in the field of high and new technology have developed intosome high-tech small and micro businesses with Chinese characteristics. Due to the limitation of capital and size, high-tech small and micro businesses need some capitals to support their development. However, because of the environment effect of financing guarantee industry and enterprise factors, the financing channels of small and micro businesses are not smooth and stricted limited. By way of solving the financial matter, the credit guarantee of financing guarantee organization plays a key role in financing. From the perspective of increasing revenue and reducing risk of guarantee organization, this paper mainly studies the following contents.1. Analyzing the financing gurantee risk of the high-tech small and micro businesses from from the angle of operational risk, credit risk, counter guarantee, business ethics, the cost of financing.2. Presenting the main risk assessment models such as5C factor method and Dupont analysis that commonly used in China and foreign countries and analyzing the risk models in the risk assessment application of guarantee company.3. Using a practical case of Guarantee Corporation to evaluate the risk of the project evaluation process.In this paper, the risk assessment research of fund-raising guarantee on high-tech small and micro businesses will have two benefits.For one thing, it is useful to control the risk for the credit guarantee company. For another thing, it is beneficial for the high-tech small and micro businesses to get the growth funds. The research results of this paper will promote the the development of financing guarantee for high-tech small and micro businesses and meanwhile help to control the item risk of the development of high-tech small and micro businesses.
