Based on P-LA co., LTD as a case, this paper aimed at theselection, formulation andimplementation of development strategies and carried on the thorough research. Gardenenterprises over the past10years high speed development benefit from early supply of themarket, competition is less, many garden business leaders only relies on extensivemanagement mode and rely on the development of the industry business opportunity of inertia,many of them didn’t make effective long-term development strategy. Therefore, research howto develop competitive strategy for the garden enterprise, enterprise strategy and developmentstrategy to promote the development of the industry a watershed, the epoch-makingsignificance.In this paper, the research of P-LA company’s external macro environment, industryenvironment and internal resources and ability, the condition of peer enterprise’s strategicmanagement and so on has carried on the induction analysis, deduce the advantages anddisadvantages existing in the current P-LA company problem, through the SWOT modelanalysis and QSPM matrix analysis, determine the P-LA company’s future strategy of thecompany strategy, business layer and function layer strategy, establish and implement of themeasures and methods.Study form a conclusion as follows: as the P-LA company’s garden industrydevelopment by the urbanization construction and real estate market continued demandfactors, so the company in a better strategic position. At the same time, the company has theresources is relatively abundant, opportunities is more, the overall strategy of growingstrategic nature of the preference. Study the company’s current main strategy should be:1. The main strategy is: to consolidate the business from the real estate gardens,appropriate new developing city landscape, ecological repair business;2. Deputy strategy is: to proper introduction of integration of upstream and downstreamindustry resources and in the same industry mergers and acquisitions strategy.,cause at present,the company carrying cash is enough,3.
