In enterprise, supervisory is an important link between the organization andemployees. Supervisory’s behavior plays an important role in employee performance.Existing literature on the relationship between supervisor and employee performancesupport have some flaws. Such as the research mainly based on the social exchangetheory, and the perspective is single. In this study, we take corporate employees forthe study, carry out241questionnaires correlation analysis and regressionanalysis,and explores the impact mechanism between perceived supervisory supportand employee performance. The empirical analysis results as follows.(1) Position has an significant impact on the working support dimension of perceivedsupervisor support. Working life with the supervisor significantly affects employeeperformance and relationship performance. Age, years of service in the enterprisesignificantly affect employee task performance.(2)The perceived supervisor support and Work support, value identity have asignificant positive effect on perceived insider status of employees.(3)The perceived supervisor support has a significant positive effect on employeeperformance and relationship performance.(4)The perceived supervisor support has a significant positive effect on employeeperformance and task performance, relationship performance.Work support andconcerning about the interests in perceived supervisor support have a significantpositive effect on employee performance.(5)The perceived insider status plays an intermediary role between perceivedsupervisor support and employee performance.According to the research results, supervisor can improve employee performancethrough active support to enhance employee’s perceived supervisory support andperceptions of insider status, thus improving enterprise performance.
