Modern technology rapid development,the diversification of life style and work boundary fuzzy degree increase.The Internet and communication technology for human causes all sorts of convenient services and benefits.Followed the time waste in the workplace are growing,this phenomenon has brought many difficulties to the modern enterprise management in the use of the limited time resources.Western experts such as Brock put together the waste of time for the time behavior of three dimensions,and have carried out a series of related research to control the management and organization of time waste behaviors(henceforth referred to as time banditry).As a construct of academia emerging,it is significant to make a study on time banditry of the prediction factors and function mechanism,which can not only enrich relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,also can help enterprise managers to promote the efficiency of the organization.While focused productivity during every moment an employee is at work is an unrealistic expectation,the reduction,but not elimination,of time banditry can be accomplished through accurate identification of these employees,which could yield large gains in productivity and have a significant positive financial effect.At present,China's economy is in a transition phase.Managers facing a primary problem is that how to let employees have a sense of security and sense of belonging to the enterprise,thus reducing the detrimental to the interests of the whole group norms and behavior.In this paper,the main problem is that when employees perceived self belongs to a member of the organization,will reduce the footprint of the organization's resources,so as to avoid damage to the interests of the whole organization.Therefore,based on the cognitive-emotional-act path to explore the influence factors of time banditry in the workplace,and to help explain the relationship between the perceived insider status and time banditry for empirical analysis.In this study,it seeks to examine the mediating role of affective commitment and the moderating role of vertical collectivism on the relationship between perceived insider status and time banditry.Based on the 250 survey data for statistical analysis,it finds that the perceived insider status of employees led to higher levels of affective commitment,which in turn reduced time banditry,including three dimensions of classical time banditry,technology-related time banditry,and socially oriented time banditry.Furthermore,vertical collectivism moderated the relationship between PIS and affective commitment,such that their relationship grew stronger when collectivism was high.The results also indicate that PIS has a negative impact on time banditry and its three dimensions,and this impact is realized through the mediating role affective commitment,and the mediating effect of affective commitment is more positive when have higher level of vertical collectivism.The innovation of this article mainly embodies these aspects.One is the model building has certain innovation.Main time banditry in previous studies as a whole,lack of its three dimensions(classical time banditry,technology-related time banditry,socially oriented time banditry)of the specific research and data validation.In the research on the influence factors of time banditry,studies have proved that organizational identification and positive affect will have a direct positive influence on time banditry.Situation in China,to investigate the relationship of employees between of PIS and time banditry,while the affect as mediating variable,this test has certain theory value.At the same time,the related literature of current research about the influence factors of PIS,including factors such as proactive personality,organizational support and authority leadership.Variables are the result of the PIS research is still relatively weak,however,especially for the negative work behavior is blank.Secondly,this article has certain innovative in terms of research perspectives.In China,as a member of the organization often means has a "Guan Xi ",Academic fields,however,under the situation of China,to PIS compared with " Guan Xi " clearer construct,as a connotation is more suitable in the study.At present,based on the background of China,the time banditry research is still in its infancy.Future studies need to be further in-depth discussion on the process function and mechanism of time banditry,make the integration of the employee's perception of identity and identity for the interests of the organization,further from the perspective of organization and team management strategy and employees' personal study ways to cope,in order to help enterprise managers have better understanding the impact of time banditry to employees and the organization.It could standardize managers' own leadership,help employees play to their maximum potential,reasonable balance work and non-work boundaries,obtain the organization and the employee "win-win"situation.
