With the era of economic globalization and the advent of the Internet era,enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition.To survive and win competition,enterprises must carry out organizational change and innovation.Employee's supporting for change plays a key role in the process of organizational change.Therefore,the research of change-supportive behavior of employee has been an important concern of the academic and practical circles,how to promote the reform of staff support behavior effectively becomes an urgent problem.Therefore,this study chooses enterprise employees of Southern China as the research object,using literature research method,questionnaire method to investigatethe relationship among perceived organizational support,self-leadership and change-supportive behavior,and the mediating effect of perceived insider status.We havefound that:(1)Perceived organizational support has significantly positive effect on change-supportive behavior;(2)Self-leadership has significantly positive impact on change-supportive behavior;(3)Perceived organizational support has significantly positive impact on perceived insider status;(4)Self-leadership has significantly positive impact on perceived insider status;(5)Perceived insider status has significantly positive impact on change-supportive behavior;(6)Perceived insider statushas moderating effect on the relationship between perceived organizational support and change-supportive behaviorfully;(7)Perceived insider status mediates the relationship between self-leadership and change-supportive behaviorpartially;(8)Perceived insider statushas moderating effect on the relationship among perceived organizational support,self-leadership and change-supportive behavior.The research of the mechanism of change-supportive behaviorwill enrich the connotation of perceived organizational support,self-leadership and change-supportive behavior,and provides an important theoretical and practical significance for the change-supportive behaviormanagement in the development of enterprise competitive environment,also will promote China's enterprise reform.
