In recent year, global warming and other climate issues aregradually emerging. The carbon dioxide emission attracts increasingattention. To facilitate international cooperation in solving the problem ofgreenhouse gas emissions, the United Nations Conference onEnvironment and Development adopted the "United Nations FrameworkConvention on Climate Change", to which all the parties agreed to the"Kyoto Protocol". After2012, the first commitment period of Kyotoprotocol come to the end. The new international contract has not beenformed, carbon trading market enter "post-Kyoto era". China attachesgreat importance to the climate issues, and actively participates ininternational carbon trading market. Because of the carbon trading marketsystem is incomplete. China participates in international carbon tradingmarket by international cooperation projects and is still in the rather lowposition of the carbon trading chain. Enter "post-Kyoto era", theinternational climate policy left a vacuum. International carbon marketbecome unstable and China’s CDM projects are reducing. This requiresChina to build domestic carbon emissions trading market to promote thesustainable development of carbon trading market.Through analyzing the situations of the international carbon marketand the China’s carbon market, the article explores the problems of theChina’s carbon market and the revelations of the international carbonmarket. It researches the China’s carbon market by the carbon tradingmarket members relationship model and game analysis. It reveals theimportant factors of the carbon trading market and effective ways toimproving the carbon market.
