Establishing and maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage is the key tosuccess for enterprises in the competition. Predominance in competition originated fromthe value created by enterprises for customers. Value for customers has already becomethe new source of predominance in competition for enterprises. In recent years, pesticideenterprises are faced with dual pressure of slowing growth and the fierce competition inthe markets, especially in time of accelerated globalization. Lack of predominance incompetition is the serious problem faced by nearly all enterprises. In the environment ofcompetition, to live and develop is becoming more and more difficult for the pesticidepreparation enterprise whose products and services are of homogeneity. Therefore,making strategies for an enterprise competition based on customer value, cultivating anddeveloping enterprise’s core competitiveness and seeking new point of growth ofenterprises will become the important approaches for the pesticide enterprises to join,live and develop in the market competition.With the levels of customers, demands keeping on increasing, the role of customervalue becomes more prominent in making competition strategies for enterprises. Basingon the demands of competition strategies orientated by customer value, the enterprisemust take creasing customer value as aims in each link of its competition strategies, takethe customers as the center in each link of running the enterprises, keep on improvecustomer satisfaction and cultivate customer loyalties. Only when the enterprise isoffering higher customer value than the competitors can it win more predominance in thecompetition.At present, the theory of competition strategy is mainly theoretically orientedstrategy. It is still difficult to offer targeted guidance for enterprise on making andforming competition strategies. For the customer value theory, both the academia and thebusiness paid great attention. However, differences existed in the competition strategiesoriented to customer value, due to the differences if elements of customer value indifferent industries. Based on this, this article reviews the competitive strategy and customer valuetheory of literature, tease and analysis it, and selected GuangXi TianYuan Biochemistryco., LTD as the research object, then discusses pesticide preparation industry make acompetition strategy based on customer value. Based on the analysis of the company’sexternal environment and internal resources ability, measurement and analysis ofcustomer value, to measure the results as the basis of making enterprise differentiationstrategy, combined with the company’s philosophy and strategic targets as well as in theindustry competition situation at present, established for the competitive strategy of thecompany. Finally puts forward the competitive strategy of the effective implementationof the safeguard measures, such as strengthening the brand strategy, optimization ofmarketing channel, technical innovation, promote research and development ability, andestablish strategic control system, etc.The innovation point of this article are:(1) based on the research of the theory ofcompetitive strategy to find suitable for GuangXi TianYuan Biochemistry co., LTDcurrent situation of competitive strategy. Discusses the present GuangXi TianYuanBiochemistry co., LTD The possibility of the implementation of three kinds ofcompetitive strategy, puts forward the necessity to implement differentiation competition.(2) based on the research of the customer value theory, this article discusses the customervalue of the Pesticide preparation industry and based on this, measured and analyzed thecustomer value, is put forward through the implementation of brand strategy, improveproduct quality, optimizing product mix, provide more comprehensive in place to providecustomers with value-added services such as method.This article takes GuangXi TianYuan Biochemistry co., LTD as the research object,not only for the company has research value strategy, while other companies pesticideindustry also has reference and guidance in the formulation of the strategyimplementation.
