Razer Co., Ltd., a fixed manufacturer for pesticides and fertilize in China, plays a great role in pesticide circle. As the largest base for pesticides production in northeast of China, Raiser becomes the important company with hi-tech for the 'State Torch Plan'. In recent years, with the more and more competition in the market of the pesticides , the development of the company faces with many threats and challenges. Facing with the opportunities and challenges, how to make competitive strategy and win the competitive advantage in the future market, are the main problem of the company.This thesis is to research the competition strategy of Razer Co., Ltd. By analysis exterior and industrial environment, it aims to reveal recent business situation and developing trend of pesticide industry and offer a theory for development both pesticide industry. Through analysis objectively to company's inner elements while perusal lots professional books and relative websites, warmly helped by tutor, the thesis conclude the opportunities and threats faced in beer industry, furthermore analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat by using SWOT method. Finally, it sets forth a competition strategy suitable to company development that is a diversity strategy basic on the total cost leading.Razer Co., Ltd is also a typical large-scale privately operated company which was strypped-down from state-owned company, with great representatives. Therefore the text has not only reference with other company in the same trade, but also has reference with the other large scale privately operated company to make out competitive strategy and take part in market competition.
