Along with the deepening of global economy incorporating process and the politics and economy system innovation in China, the development environment of China private economy has been changed hugely. In the face of the quickly changing macro environment and the keen market competition, the selection of a suitable competition strategy and strengthening the competitive advantage is one of the most important issues that many private enterprises should face. It's also has important influence on the surviving and developing of the private enterprises. This thesis takes Shandong Haisi Chemicals Co., Ltd. as the representative of China private enterprises. By analyzing its external environment and internal recourses, this thesis wants to select the suitable competition strategy for the actual situation of the enterprise, promote the enterprise to have a healthy and quick development, and give valuable reference to the analysis and choice of competition strategy for China private enterprises.After analyzing the macro environment, industry environment and internal resources of Haisi Chemicals, this thesis thinks although Haisi Chemicals faces many disadvantages such as environmental risks, prices rising of raw materials and keen competitive market, but the development opportunities are prevailing which are arising from the global economy incorporating process and the recognition on the agriculture by China government. Generally speaking, the opportunity is bigger than threat. Additionally, although Haisi Chemicals has some interior weaknesses such as unreasonable of product structure, barriers of management communication and inconsequence of organization structure etc., but these weaknesses can be changed through positive adjustment. Furthermore, Haisi Chemicals has the ability of product innovation, research and development, and excellent employee team. Its products accord with the development trend of pesticide. So these strength points are not available in a short time for other companies. The general analysis shows that the strength is bigger than weakness for the internal resources of Haisi Chemicals. Under the situation that the environment opportunity is bigger than threat and the internal strength is bigger than weakness, this thesis thinks Haisi Chemicals should select rising strategy, grasp the favorable opportunity and implement quick development of the enterprise. Simultaneously, to realize the rising strategy selected by the enterprise, this thesis thinks Haisi Chemicals should upgrade the core competition ability by adopting cost leading strategy.To further upgrade the ability of implementing cost leading strategy and considering the actual Status of Haisi Chemicals, this thesis puts forward the strategies and developing steps on optimizing products structure, adjusting organization framework, optimizing market channels, strengthening logistics management, consolidating customer service, implementing technique following policy and actualizing technique environment protection policy etc. So the enterprise can further improve its competitive advantage, utilize external opportunity more effective, reduce the external threat, improve its competitive powder and promote the healthy and quick development of the enterprise.
