The Research Of Policy In Green Ginseng Of Jilin Province

The21st century is an era to realize green revolution and establish green civilization.With the development of the times and the increase of consuming level of consumers,"Green" has become a global hot topic. Nowadays people’s voice for green products is unprecedentedly intense, thus green ginseng will be the inevitable choice for people’s green consumption. In our country, though ginseng has a long history of development, the development of ginseng industry is relatively slow, not until ten years ago Jilin Province started to pay high attention to the development of ginseng industry. Ginseng has become the pronoun of Jilin Province in the external contacts. The development of green ginseng has become the focus of Jilin Province. Under this social background, this article is to conduct in-depth analysis and investigation of public policy of Jilin Province towards the development of green ginseng industry.The introduction part of this article has stated the history and importance of ginseng,discussed the significance of developing green ginseng in China and the major research methods adopted in this article.The first part of this passage discusses the meaning of green ginseng; analyzes the development and current situation of ginseng industry in Jilin province, set up necessary base for exploring and analyzing the public policy of green ginseng industry in Jilin. Under the premise that illustrated its essence and summarized the status quo, it had analyzed the main problems of Jilin Province’s ginseng industry development and its factors deeply. The major problems are the difficulty of continuous price growth of ginseng, the R&D industry is insufficient and unproductive, the less demand of consumption per person, the disproportion between export volume and foreign exchange earning amount, etc.; while these problems are resulted of informal market management, the lack of legal system management, weak financial support and large population went into leader enterprises etc.The second part of this article mainly introduces the advanced concepts and experiences of the development of green ginseng in Korea, which is conductive to widening the thoughts in the aspect of developing green ginseng industry in Jilin Province, realizing better development.The third part of this article is aiming at the problems and reasons of the development of ginseng industry in Jilin and put forward maneuverability measures and suggestions. According to these measures and suggestions, it will be better to promote the development of green ginseng in Jilin province.
