After joined WTO, the Chinese textile exporting trade are developing veryquickly in recent years, the exporting amount has been rank among the best of theworld. But since2007, the economic environment has undergone a series of newchanges. RMB appreciation and other factors made the textile trading fallen aftersuccessive years of steady growth.This paper adopts normal analysis and empirical research method. Firstly, thethesis analyzed how RMB’s appreciation affected the exporting trade for the smalland medium-sized enterprises in Quanzhou, and then selected raw material prices,exchange rate changes, labor costs as a variable, using a professional measurementsoftware EVIEWS6.0to multiple regression analysis. And pointed out the mainaffecting factors for Quanzhou small and medium-sized enterprises are exchangerate, labor costs, as well as raw material prices increased, export tax rebatesadjustment and the impact of the global financial crisis. Finally, took Kaiyue Co.,Ltd. as an example, to further explain the empirical conclusions.For this conclusion, In order to keep the small and medium sized textileenterprises in Quanzhou sustainable development, the article made some suggestions:Take measures to reduce effects of changes in exchange rates; Improve laborproductivity, reduce the relative price of labor force; Built logistics platform jointly,reducing purchasing costs of raw materials; Initiative to adjust strategy to deal withthe export tax rebate policy change; Implementation of the "going out" strategy,weakening the financial crisis and so on.
