Research On Between Urban And Rural Capital Flows In Different Channels In Heilongjiang Province

With the rapid development of economic, the phenomenon of flow of capitalbetween urban and rural is becoming more and more unbalanced is prominent, and whatfollowed that is the urban-rural income gap is expanding. Narrow the urban-ruralincome gap is required to build a new socialist countryside,and is the premise forsociety to harmoniously develop.At first, I make a deeply research on the urban-rural income gap and the flow ofcapital between urban-rural domestic and overseas. Secondly, When I finished theanalysis in influence mechanism and the relationship between urban-rural incomedisparity and the urban-rural capital flows in different channels, giving an insight intothe status quo of urban-rural capital flows in financing institution、finance、price channel.Finding out there is a serious question that the agricultural capital outflows exceptfinance.On this basis, combining the status quo of urban-rural income gap inHeilongjiang Province, to measure the indicators the quantity of agricultural capitaloutflows through financing institution、price channels, the quantity of agriculturalcapital inflows through finance, and urban-rural income gap. At last, using theeconometrics to empirical test these data index. The empirical result reveal that it is theagricultural capital outflows through financing institution result in the urban-ruralincome gap expand, there is no correlations between national capital flows intoagriculture through finance, agriculture capital outflows through price and urban-ruralincome gap in Heilongjaing Province. According to the empirical analysis’s result, if wewant to narrow the income gap, what we must do is controling the agriculture capitaloutflows through financing institution. In the final chapter, this paper put forward somesuggestions to make the urban-rural capital flows rational, and narrow the urban-ruralincome gap.
