Research On Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Residents In Shaanxi Province Under The Background Of Urban-rural Integration

Since 1978,China at the same time of the development of industrialization and urbanization,urban-rural dualistic economic structure and the various economic and social contradictions appeared continuously,especially among them is the urban and rural residents'income gap widening,thus achieved the integration of urban and rural,promote the economy coordinated development between rural and urban areas is very urgent.The core index of urban-rural integration is the narrowing of the urban and rural residents' income gap,and realizes the integration of urban and rural areas first to solve the problem of serious urban and rural residents' income gap.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the income gap between urban and rural residents in Shaanxi Province under the background of integration of urban and rural areas.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of urban and rural integration of urban and rural integration in Shaanxi province longitudinal and transverse comparison and evaluation analysis,and puts forward the key to realize the urban-rural integration is to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents this view;And by using granger causality tests and impulse response function of urban-rural integration and the relationship between urban and rural residents income gap were further analyzed validation;In turn according to the specific situation of Shaanxi Province,this paper analyzes the history and status quo of urban and rural residents income gap of Shaanxi,summarizes the stage characteristics of urban and rural residents income gap of Shaanxi and on the basis of the forecast of urban and rural residents income than;Then combined with the urban and rural residents' income gap in Shaanxi formation reasons and factors influencing factors in the empirical analysis,build econometric models from economic growth,the dual economic structure,urbanization level,the output value of agriculture as a share of GDP,industrial structure,rural fixed asset investment proportion,the proportion of agricultural financial subsidies to these factors to explain the cause and its expanding urban and rural residents income gap;Finally,the evaluation index system for urban and rural integration and the influence factors of residents' income gap between urban and rural areas based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis,to explore the narrow the gap between the income of urban and rural residents in Shaanxi and achieved the integration of urban and rural some specific policy Suggestions,namely,Steadily push forward the urbanization,promoting the free flow of labor;Make greater efforts to support the "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" improve the fiscal policy;Balance urban and rural resources,promote industry amalgamation between urban and rural areas;Strengthening the education in rural areas,promote the urban and rural education fair;Perfecting the social security system,to promote the integration of urban and rural public service system;Break the barriers between urban and rural areas,promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy.
