Employees have to face technology, ideas, ways of thinking and other challenges, even thethreat of unemployment because of the changes in the employment environment. This situation notonly makes employees be full of insecurity with work and future career but also would affectemployees’ organizational commitment, and may further affect employees’ productivity andorganizational performance. Therefore, how to eliminate or alleviate staff job insecurity andincrease employee organizational commitment is of great significance.This study carries out the analysis of interaction mechanism among interaction mechanismbased on the review on past related theories. Then put forward the underlying assumptions of thisstudy. And use the survey methods to investigate against employees who are from different regionsof our country. After that, implement the analysis of variance, correlative analysis, regression andhierarchical regression analysis for the data to verify the previously proposed hypothesis. The mainconclusions are as follows:1. Job insecurity has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment;2. Salary promoted insecurity has a significant negative effect on affective commitmentnormative commitment; Excessive competition insecurity, interpersonal insecurity, jobexecution insecurity all have significant negative effect on affective commitment and continuedcommitment; Job loss insecurity has a significant negative effect on normative commitmentand continued commitment.3. Organizational support has a significant negative correlation with job insecurity;Organizational support has a significant positive correlation with organizational commitment.4. Organizational support has a significant regulatory role in the relationship betweeninterpersonal insecurity with affective commitment and normative commitment5. Work support, recognition of the value and caring about the interests have partial regulatory role in the relationship between each dimension of job insecurity and organizationalcommitment.
