Research On The Standardization Management Of Safe Production Of Enterprises

With the continuous progress of science and technology and the improvement of theproduction mechanization and automation, the norms that should be complied with during theoperation are increasingly stringent, and the requirements of process control are increasingly high.The standardization management of safe production of enterprises can perfectly accomplish thistask, and integrate all enterprise resources. Jiangbei District, Ningbo as one of three main urbanareas, relying on the favorable condition that Ningbo is one of the4national pilot cities for thestandardization management of the safe production of enterprises, is vigorously promoting theconstruction work of the standardization management of safe production of enterprises. In theprocess, many issues such as different industries, different standards, different requirements,different modes and inconsistent evaluation approaches are encountered.On the basis of the existing researches at home and abroad, the author makes a deep study ofthe theoretical basis such as the concept, development and operation mode of safetystandardization. Through field research, the current situation of the safe production of above-scaleenterprises in Jiangbei District is analyzed, and the causes of the accidents occurred in the safeproduction of enterprises are concluded with the relevant information of enterprises beyond scaleselected from the industrial accidents management system of Jiangbei District. On this basis and incombination with the principles, structures, methods and contents specified by the standardizationmanagement indicator of safe production of enterprises, a management system suitable for thereality of the standardization management of the safe production of above-scale enterprises inJiangbei District is established. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of the accident causes of theselected enterprises and combining the practical work experience, I give a weigh endowing mark tothe content of the management system, to more visually reflect the situation of the standardizationmanagement of the safe production of above-scale enterprises in Jiangbei District.
