The Research About The Impact Of Wuhan-guangzhou High-speed Railway On The Development Of Hunan Producer Services

Recently, the developing experience and practical experience of westerneconomic society fully indicate that as an important standard for measuring themodernized development level of a country or a region, producer services will riseand develop overwhelmingly. Producer services act as ‘thruster’ in the flow ofproduction factors across regions, and in industrial updating and technology. Certainachievements in producer services have been made in Hunan, but the development isslow and industry competitions need improving because of limitations in region,talents and scientific level.High-speed railway is the modernized vehicle under the combination of moderncivilization and high-technology. It has great advantages in technology and economy,and its strong accessibility can effectively realize the reasonable allocation ofmanpower, goods, technology and information, which plays an important role in thedevelopment of entire producer services. Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway is thelink among Hunan, inland and coast. And its opening and operation will improveproducer services environment in Hunan and have a great effect on its development.Therefore research on the impacts on Hunan producer services by Wuhan-Guangzhouhigh-speed railway and using Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway to speed updevelopment of Hunan producer services are necessary.The research of this paper includes following parts:Firstly, through the analysis of entire Hunan producer services, the paper showsits current developing status, features of industrial development and its problems.According to the analysis, it is known that development of producer services isconstrained by industrial development, system and mechanism and inadequatecreativity.Secondly, Under the guidance of the alternative push-and-pull theory, interactiontheory, external effect theory and others, analysis of the limitations on Hunanproducer services and surveys of high-speed railways in Changsha, Zhuzhou,Hengyang, Chenzhou and so on, we can find Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway’sinfluences on Hunan producer services in theory.Thirdly, we will analyze Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway’s influences on Hunan producer services in demonstration. The demonstrative analysis has three closeparts. The first part is that we use multiple linear regression model to analyze theinfluencing factors on Hunan producer services under the background ofWuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway on the basis of mechanism analysis; Thesecond part is that we construct double log model to explain Wuhan-Guangzhouhigh-speed railway’s influences on Hunan producer services; The third part is that weuse gray prediction model to predict the railway passenger volume withoutWuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway in2010and in2011. After we compare thepassenger volume without Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway and the passengervolume with Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway, we can analyze the contributionmade by Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway to Hunan producer services.Finally, according to the demonstrative analysis, on the basis of the situation ofHunan province, grasping the chances to develop Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speedrailway quickly, suggestions on effectively using Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speedrailway to promote the development of Hunan producer services are presented.
