| Generally speaking, the competitions are always focused on technologyinnovation for enterprises or countries during the era of knowledge economy. Inorder to improve the competitiveness of technology innovation, it is required tounderstand the essence of technology innovation and then take some effectivemeasures. The author put forward some advices on how to improve technologyinnovation based on the comprehensive analysis of TG’s actual situation.Firstly, this paper discusses some theories and evaluating methods ontechnology innovation, then analyze the internal innovation mechanism at TG.Secondly, the evaluating system is determined by applying some principles and theindex ratio is also fixed with the introduction of AHP. Thirdly, the technologyinnovation for TG is quantified by Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment method.Finally, it is suggested to take the following measures to improve TG’scompetitiveness of technology innovation. The specific measures are as follows:improving employee quality, strengthening the study of technology, protectingproperty intelligence rights. |
