The Research On Project Management Of Audit MIS Of M Company Based On New Product Development

Along with the trend of globalization in-depth development and theestablishment of the domestic market mechanism, fierce competition not only hasbrought unprecedented challenges for many domestic enterprises, but also has broughtmany opportunities. In response to the challenges, the majority of enterprises shouldalso improve their ability to seize opportunities, and speed up the pace of informationconstruction for improving the management level and efficiency. However, at theprocess of speeding up the pace of construction, how to administrate their projectmanagement work is an insurmountable problem.Combining with the project management theory, management theory, collection,this paper takes audit MIS project of M company as the research object, based on thenew product development theory, through the collection of the massive literatureabout audit MIS project information of M company. By qualitative analysis method,this paper studys M company’s project management based on new productdevelopment, and try to explore the theory of project management based on newproducts for being able to help the enterprises to manage the implementation ofprojects, and also explore new content of project management. It means that thispaper will attempt to take the management of performance evaluation, processmanagement nto the theory of project management content.This paper consists of5parts: the first chapter is the introduction, mainlyintroduced the research object of M company, the background and significance of theresearch, the purpose and methods of the research, and the content and techniqueroute of the research; the second chapter is a literature review, mainly included thenew product development, project and project management, project managementprocess and content as well as the related research at home and abroad; the thirdchapter is the related analysis and inspection of audit MIS project, including needsanalysis, feasibility, positioning, risk, benefit of application, construction target anddevelopment prospects; the fifth chapter is the research on project management ofaudit MIS, including the study of audit MIS service management process,organization management, scope management, schedule management, riskmanagement, performance evaluation and so on; the fifth chapter is a summary and outlook, the main contents included summary, deficiency and limitation, the outlookof the future.
