In our country, steel production maintain a lower growth rate year on year.Recently, after a steady series of mounting policies the growth has been picked up.According to the construction in progress and a new planned of adding naufaturability,in2013, the added steel production will get to40million tons. Although the steelproduction capacity has been cut down, the oversupply is still difficult to relieveradically in a short time. Tianjin Port, as one of the most important steel distributingcentre and the largest artifical in northern Chins, it is undertake the major task ofNorth-south,land and sea transportation and distribution of steel. As the strategictransformation point of view,Tianjin Port changes it’s business patterns and blaiesnew trails in developing ideas. For a maximum of economic benefits, Tianjin Port hasimproved it’s management from increasing throughput to extent industrial chain andmultifact management principles and tratics. The Steel Logistics Co., Ltd of TianjinPort which founded on Auguest18,2006,is a Aino-foreign joint venture. In order to bea well-known logistical company,the limited company do really hard work. As amatter of fitting the transformation and upgrading of Tianjin Port and providing moreprofessional servicies,the Steel Logistics Co., Ltd of Tianjin Port must imperative it’smanagement.Through the macro-situation fo economic development at home and aboard andthe restructuring of Tianjin Port,this paper explored the operability of the company’stransformation and upgrading. In order to identify the problem it used a method ofsurveying cilent satisfacation, which had laid a good foundation for further research.Sum up the external and internal enviroment of the limited company, the paper usedSWOT scientific method to determine the concete scheme of it’s transformation.When strategy is selected, it improved the most dissatisfied projects through businessprocess procedure analysis and proposed new business projects to apply. Subsequently,reference to established strategy, it put forward a corresponding improvementmeasures in term of humen resources and electronic information platform. In theprocess of making specific measures, to ensure the accuracy and rationality of it, thepaper applied scientific method------the process procedure analysis chart and the levelanalysis. This paper proposed solutions to the problems encountered in theimplementation specific process and through specific digital analysis to test the effectof the implementation.
