| With the dramatically changed economic environment and the intensified marketcompetition now, the customer need towards the direction of individuation anddiversification, at the same time, the pressure of competition from foreign companies inthe same industry under the background of the era of economic globalization is growing atthe same time, the machinery manufacturing enterprises in the fierce market competitionmust be considered to seek survival and steady development and enhance thecompetitiveness. Flexible measure research of RMS can provide a reference for thepolicymakers to invest, though the research and the results analysis to put forwardreasonable suggestions for the optimization of flexible manufacturing system, making theinvestment behavior of the machinery manufacturing enterprise to acquire the maximumprofits. So it is necessary to adopt effective method to measure the flexible ofreconfigurable manufacturing system to improve the adaptability of the rapid change ofthe market demand and the market competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly, through the study of the domestic and foreign literature, experts’ accessmethod is used to construct the flexible measure index system of RMS on the basis of theflexible evaluation index system of the manufacturing system.Secondly, calculating all the weights of the index in the corresponding layer containswitching time, switching space and switching costs by using the analytic hierarchyprocess to calculate the flexibility values of each dimension.Thirdly, the switching time, switching space and switching costs can be reflected inthe three dimensional vector description models, and according to the location of theflexible point to analyze the flexible of the RMS.Finally, this paper introduces the operation of B Company which is the researchobject, and on this basis to calculate the flexible values of the manufacturing system, andput forward some suggestions to promote the flexible of manufacturing system. |
