Study On Leisure And Sightseeing Agriculture In Beijing

Leisure and sightseeing agriculture is a new sunrise industry compromising agricultural economicfunction, ecological function and social function. And developing leisure and sightseeing agriculture ishelpful to carry forward agriculture multifunction. In2009the Central File No. one definitely putsforward that agriculture has not only food security function, but also has the function of raw materialsupplying, employment and income increasing, ecological protection, tourism and leisure, culturalinheritance and so on, and it is necessary to develop agriculture multifunction and perfect the modernagriculture industry system. Study of leisure and sightseeing agriculture is benefit to optimizeagricultural industry structure, expand the space for agricultural development, promote agriculturaltourism interactive development, accelerate the course of farmers’ income increasing and promote thesocialism new countryside construction.External environment of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Beijing is researched. Questionnairesurvey method is used to investigate suppliers and demanders in leisure and sightseeing agriculture，thecurrent features and existing problems are summed up and suggestions for sustainable development ofleisure and sightseeing agriculture are put forward. The main results are as follows.Firstly, SWOT analysis is used to research leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Beijing. Theadvantage for Leisure and sightseeing agriculture development in Beijing is developed economy,convenient transportation, adequate talents supply and leading technology. Disadvantage is land andwater resource shortage and high labor cost. The opportunity is large market demand and substantialgovernment support. The threat is immature market, dweller income gap and competition fromcircumjacent area. Result is that it is appropriate and necessary for Beijing to develop leisure andsightseeing agriculture.Secondly, use comparative analysis to research the stage and function orientation of Beijing leisureand sightseeing agriculture development. Stages of leisure and sightseeing agriculture development arespontaneous period, government guidance period and standard management period. Function orientationis to developing sightseeing and experiencing agriculture in the core functions of the capital area, leisureand sightseeing agriculture on a certain scale in Beijing new urban development area and ecological tourin ecological conservation area.Thirdly， make empirical analysis of Beijing Miyun Gubeikou Nongjiale tourists by usingquestionnaire investigation method. Conclusion is that the Beijing leisure and sightseeing agriculturehas seasonal, regional and staged characteristics and has problems of low production value,unreasonable structure, low quality of employees, backward infrastructure construction and singlefinancing channel.Fourthly，suggestions for Beijing leisure and sightseeing agriculture sustainable development areput forward. There are five methods which are improving the overall understanding and strengtheningthe industry leading, perfecting scientific planning and outstanding agricultural characteristic, strengthening the standardized management and improving service level, broadening the financingchannels and improving infrastructure construction and increasing the propaganda.
