With the rapid development of wind power equipment manufacturing industry, tomeet the demand of domestic and international market, Enterprises will continue toexpand the scale of operation. In order to gain more market advantage, more and morewind power equipment manufacturing enterprises begin to use the third party logisticsservice which is more professional. And it’s will greatly reduce the experience of costand improves the business efficiency. Through the analysis of research status ofevaluation of third party logistics providers, found that the evaluation system andevaluation method of the existing limitation, and the research on wind power equipmentmanufacturing enterprises in the third party logistics provider evaluation is almost blank.This paper proposes to build the evaluation index system of the wind power equipmentmanufacturing enterprise third party logistics provider evaluation and the evaluationmodel of wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises of third party logisticsprovider based on RS-BPNN, In order to enrich the theoretical foundation of the thirdparty logistics provider evaluation, improve the science and effectiveness of the thirdparty logistics provider evaluation.The main contents are as follows:Firstly, describe the background, analyze the present situation in domestic andoversea on evaluation of third party logistics providers, and put forward the purpose andsignificance, the main contents, and the research arrangement. Analyzed on thecharacteristics of manufacturing enterprises of the third party logistics in the windpower equipment according to the characteristics of the third party logistics and windpower equipment, Put forward research mentality, the technical route and researchframework.Secondly, construct the evaluation index system of the wind power equipmentmanufacturing enterprise third party logistics provider evaluation. Selected evaluationindexes, constructed the evaluation index system based on analyzing the factors of windpower equipment manufacturing enterprises in the third party logistics providerevaluation.Thirdly, build the evaluation model of wind power equipment manufacturingenterprises of third party logistics provider. Reduce the index, delete the redundantindex by using the theory of rough set. Improved BP neural network algorithm, Establish the evaluation model of wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises inthe third party logistics provider based on RS-BPNN.Finally, the evaluation index system and evaluation model is applied to the H windpower equipment manufacturing enterprises, result shows that the research result of thisthesis has certain value in engineering application.
