With the continuous development of economic and social,the manufacturing industry has therapid development. As a pillar industry of the national economy, the manufacturing industry is facedwith lots of challenge and competition of shortening delivery time,improving quality andservices,meeting the individual needs and reducing costs.Alone in the aspect of manufacturingcompetitiveness with the difficult to obtain sustainable competitive advantage, the enterprisesgradually pay attention to logistics service capability, and takes it as the third profit source ofenterprises Competitiveness in manufacturing alone is difficult to obtain sustainable competitiveadvantage, companies should increasingly pay more attention to logistics service capabilities, andmake it as the company’s third profit source.Studies in recent years, the cooperative alliance ofmanufacturing and logistics industry have been further developed. So efficient operation of themanufacturing logistics system has become an important factor in modern manufacturingenterprises to gain competitive advantage.The paper mainly focuses on the manufacturing sectorcollaboration performance evaluation of Logistics, and tries to promote the further development ofthe theory and practice to help logistics managers to identify the problems of logistics so as toimprove logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs and obtain enterprise sustainable competitive.This study is carried out from the following four aspects. First, based on the realisticbackground and research purposes, the main work proposes to be addressed to explain thegeneration of collaborative, cooperative concept of logistics, collaborative logistics partner selectionand performance evaluation related theories and methods to determine the research paper contentand research methods. Secondly, based on the analysis of the performance of the manufacturingsector collaborative logistics resources and capabilities, and combined with the frequency statistics,theoretical analysis and interviews, the paper is to build the entire index system. Thirdly, the paperis to build collaborative logistics performance evaluation method of manufacturing based on BPneural network and then introduce targets technology of rough set reduction to build the logisticsperformance evaluation method based on rough sets and BP neural network.At last, theperformance evaluation of collaborative logistics studies Xiaoshan chemical fiber textilemanufacturing empirical. First of all, the paper has the research of performance evaluation based onBP neural network to get the first result. And then, the paper has the research of performanceevaluation of further rough sets and BP neural network to obtain the second result. Then the tworesults are analyzed and compared to get the result that the latter obtains significantly improvedefficiency, greatly reducing the running time. Accordingly, we can verify the rationality and effectiveness of collaborative manufacturing logistics performance evaluation method. According tothe performance evaluation results, the collaborative logistics management can provide effectiveoperation and implementation suggestions of the manufacturing industry.
