With the rapid growth of China’s economy,enterprises in our country createhudge profits for us,and also have great influence on whole society.State-ownedenterprises as an important support of market economy,its shareholders are all citizensin our country. State-owned enterprises have special status,and it determines thestate-owned enterprises have the economy and public nature.,and the public natureshould be its essential attribute, it is one of its obligations.So state-owned enterprisesneed to undertake more responsibility than general enterprises.Chinese scholars have only a very short thirty-yeah history study about corportaesocial responsibility.So,reseraches related it are immature and imperfect.Inpractice,social responsibility rely on the level of development of enteprise and thesense of management.Social responsibility mainly achieved by internal force.There isnot laws and regulations on corportate social responsibility. The legal system ofenterprises and state-owned enterprises’s responsibility is not sound.In supervisionmechanism is not perfect,weak consciousness of citizens’ rights andinterests,enterprises lack of the sense of responsibility,such factors led to a seriesquestions of China’s enterprises to undertake social responsibility.Due to theparticularity of state-owned enterprises,and they monopoly resources,damage to theenvironment,all of these behaviors led sharp contradiction between citizens andstate-owned enterprises.According to the analysis of the reasons of the existence ofproblems,we can learn from the Chinese government,the enterprise itself and societythree aspects into account,based on the success experience of state-ownedenterprises,solve the problem of lack of responsibility.
