Hog industry is an important part of our pastoral industries. After many years ofindustrial operations under conditions of market economy, China’s pig continuouslyadjust and optimize the industrial structure, in order to meet our residents growingconsumer demand for meat has played a huge role. Currently, the number of firms onChina’s pig industry chain numerous organizational model of its internal supplychains are not the same. Some companies have been or are being implementedvertical integration strategy, while others insist on professional management strategy.Further investigate this phenomenon for the healthy and sustainable development ofChina’s pig industry has far-reaching significance.This article focuses on the first systematic analysis of the structure and thedifferent organizational patterns of pig supply chain supply chain, and then, based ontransaction cost theory perspective, analysis of the hog industry chain enterprisesspecific transaction costs, and use the linear regression empirical analysis. Next, thepaper-based transaction costs, research and analysis of different types of businessenterprises cost margins, the pig supply chain cost margin businesses listedcompanies have a comparative analysis with other business sectors, should be enoughto draw business enterprises results of expansion, provide a reference for thedevelopment of strategic enterprises vertical boundary. Aims are intended to enter orhas entered the industry enterprises provide scientific reference organization model,the feasibility of providing advice to the government to promote the industrializationprocess hog, improve the international competitiveness of China’s hog industry.
