Research On Industrial Structure Crossover And Upgrading Of Jiangxi Province Based On Environmentally Friendly

Industrial transformation and upgrading is not only the long-term road to be outof the crisis to achieve survival and development for the enterprises of JiangxiProvince, and is also related to the long-term economic stability and sustainabledevelopment for Jiangxi Province. It is a major and urgent problem that how toachieve sustainable development and to achieve interaction between industrialtransformation and upgrading and ecological for Jiangxi Province. It is the key to thetransformation of economic development that adjusting the economic structureinitiative and promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading for Jiangxi Province.First, this article analyzes the research status at home and abroad, then analyzesthe present status of ecological environment protection and environmentdevelopment of Jiangxi province on the basis of the analysis, and thinks that thehigh-speed development of economy is not enough to control the development ofenvironmental pollution and there is the development trend of ecologicalenvironment deterioration. Then, the paper analyzes the current status of industrytransformation and upgrading of Jiangxi province from the perspective ofenvironmental friendly: governments attach a great importance to it and theacceleration of industrial transformation and upgrading; the development ofecological agriculture is in the ascendant and the intensive management concept isbecoming increasingly clear; the development speed of high and new technologyindustry is faster and the development of the food related enterprise is unique; thetransformation and upgrading of the third industrial is significant and the ecotourismquality continues to improve. Although the industry structure of Jiangxi Province hasbeen optimized gradually, the overall level remains to be improved. And then fromthe perspective of industrial upgrading of Jiangxi Province, verifies the main factorsthat affects the environment quality and industrial upgrading of Jiangxisystematically using principal component analysis, and uses the time series model toverify the relationships of between the environment quality and the developmentthree major industries of Jiangxi, discusses depth the impact of industrial structure evolution on environmental quality, then studies the empirical relationship betweenenvironmental assessment and upgrade of industrial structure of Jiangxi province,thinks that the growth rate of the three times industrials has a large influence on theenvironmental quality of Jiangxi province, and there is a long-term co-integrationrelationship between environmental quality and three industrial output growth rate,analyzes the principles and paths of industrial transformation and upgrading ofJiangxi based on that. Finally, the paper puts forward the suggestions about theindustrial transformation and upgrading of Jiangxi Province from the perspectivethat government plays a leading role, implementing the policies of the industrialstructure upgrading, accelerating the construction pace of ecological enterprise,coordinating the one, two, three industrial development, making the strengthen aboutenvironmental education and a sound security system perspective of green.
