Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Agriculture Of Sichuan From The Prospective Of Industrial Convergence Between Primary And Tertiary Industry

With the sustained development of China's economy,relying on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure has become an important way to stabilize China's economic growth.With the increasing advancement of modern technological innovation,the rapid development of high technology has triggered the blurring or even disappearance of the border between industry and industry,the integrated industrial system has formed and gradually developed,and continues to promote the transformation and optimization of the entire industrial structure.As a mode of industrial transformation and upgrading,industrial integration is like a wave of impact on the traditional industrial structure,which accelerates the evolution of the industrial structure,brings new development opportunities for the upgrading of industrial structure,and gradually becomes a new driving force for economic growth.The transformation and upgrading of agriculture is an important development direction for China's industrial restructuring while industrial convergence is a new driving force for the transformation and upgrading of agriculture.By mutually overlapping,infiltrating and integrating with the service industry,traditional agriculture gradually breaks through the limitations of the original development space and establishes a highly integrated industrial system between the primary industry and the tertiary industry which brings a profound impact on the formation and development of emerging industries.Based on the perspective of industrial convergence,this paper discussed the fusion relation between agriculture and service industry in Sichuan Province,and reflected the level of agricultural transformation and upgrading based on the measurement of the level of integration.The paper studied the issues of industrial transformation and upgrading and industrial integration,agricultural transformation and upgrading,the convergence of the first industry and the third industry promoting the transformation and upgrading of agriculture,and then summarized the mechanism that convergence of agriculture and service industries promoting the transformation as well as upgrade of traditional agriculture,including three aspects: reducing costs through industrial convergence to increase the added value of agricultural products,enhancing industrial linkage through industrial convergence to extend the agricultural industry chain as well as intensifying competition and cooperation through industrial convergence to promote the upgrading of agriculture industrial structure.Next,on the basis of analyzing the status quo of the development and fusion foundation of agriculture and service industry in Sichuan Province,using the econometric model to empirically analyze the fusion types and explore the interactions between them.Based on the theoretical definition that the convergence is transformation,the convergence level of Sichuan's agricultural and service industry segments and the overall convergence level of the two industries was measured to reflect the level of transformation and upgrading of Sichuan's agriculture.It was found that,at present,Sichuan is in the mode of one-way convergence,which reflects in the service industry penetrating into agriculture.The development of service industry had a positive effect on the growth of agriculture while the impact of agriculture on the service industry development was less obvious and tended to be weaker.Secondly,the transformation and upgrading of agriculture under the integration of agriculture and service industry has gradually been on the right track,however,there are differences in the transformation results brought about by the integration of different segments.At last,on the basis of the above theoretical and empirical research results,this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the transformation and upgrading of agriculture from the perspective of the convergence of the first industry and the third industry in Sichuan Province.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected on the research perspective.Taking Sichuan Province as the research object,based on the theoretical analysis of research studies at home and abroad as well as mechanism analysis,this paper empirically analyzed the fusion types and interactions between agriculture and service industry as well as the impact on the level of agricultural transformation and upgrading,which breaks the traditional thinking of conducting research on industrial upgrading issues and can provide reference for future research.
