With the development of the national economy and the improvement of people’s livingstandard, the number of cars rose dramatically this year. With the auto industry graduallybecome mature, the focus on value chain of car is moved from car making to car service.Various car repair and service centers for special brand developed rapidly, and numeroussmes is sprung up with the development of car marketing, they all have joined in aftermarket service. According to the status of Chinese auto servicing market, how to keep theprofit of company and how to run the company efficiently according toChinese market conditions has became the heart of consideration.This paper combining the development situation of domestic andforeign auto repair service market to analysis the development trend of the car repairindustry; At the same time, do the feasibility analysis on community management mode ofdomestic auto repair service center based on the current situation of Chinese economicdevelopment, city construction with chain management. Reference retail locationtheory, market research steps of auto repair service center chain stores and establish thelocation model of inquiry; According to the auto repair service center special community ofchain operation, analysis the car repair service center business strategy, depict blueprint forthe competitive strategy of the business model.This paper is divided into five parts as follows:The first part is combination the Chinese automobile market status and the developmentof community business to analysis the background and significance of this study, at the sametime to determine the content and framework of this study; The second part analysis thedevelopment process of Chinese auto service market after the UnitedStates, Japan, referring toas a representative car service in the developed countries; The thirdpart of the combination of the Greek scholar Doug Sa Diaz (C.A.Doxiadis) feasibility analysisof repair service center of community chain operation of domestic automobile "humansettlements" theory and Chinese scholar Wu Liangyong’s "Habitat EnvironmentalScience Introduction"; The fourth part is to do market research with communitymanagement of auto repair and service centers; The fifth part combined the features of community management of automobile repair service center to analysis its businessstrategy and choice in the type of enterprise management approval etc.The goals of this research is to explore a specification, economy, convenience,flexibility, low consumption of energy for the car repair and service industry, and suitable forservice enterprises of auto repair business and sustainable development in domestic.
