The schedule of project management can be call as the time of project management or the limit of project management. It’s a very important part of project management. According to the Shipbuilding Contract, base to the requirement of ship-owners, we have to warranted the delivered ship which is used for a while in a year. We call this repairing service as "keeping-ship" service. For the ship which has special requirement only at the time that the ship has been used for a while we return the ship back to the Shipyard to have a repair after-sales service, and the service is to check and repair the whole ship and to promote and renew the part of the system. And a very important confinement of the repair is strict limit of the schedule. Though the effectively organization insurance, how to dispose the recourses and make the plan reasonably and how to follow and balance the schedule to make the progress achieved in time will be the most important problem which should be solved and researched in repairing.In this article we research the present situation of the repairing in DS. And to apply the management system of repairing to practice, provide help for the project. It’s very meaningful in rate of project in practice. It’s also very meaningful in the rate management practice of repairing for DS and shipbuilding organizations.
