In the face of globalization of world economy and fierce competition, more and moreenterprises, areas and countries have put more attention on contesting for talents. How toimprove the efficieney of human resource management, motivate employees moreenthusiastic and potential, and create the competitive advantage for the enterprises is a keyproblem for human resource management in the enterprises.According to the literature review, we find that studies on the relationship betweenhuman resource management and organizational performance are more like “blackbox”models. Although there are lots of studies exploring the influence of human resourcemanagement on organizational performance, little is found explaining how human resourcemanagement impacts organizational level by individual level.With the real and theoretical needs, based on what employees Perceive, the thesis tries toexplore the proeess of how commitment human resource practises impact employeeindividual performance. After review of the literature, we used employee trust as a mediatoreand knowledge sharing as a moderator to explore how human resource management impactsemployees’ attitude and behavior.Through analyze we have found that:(1)Commitment human resource pratises havepositive impact on knowledge sharing.(2)Knowledge sharing has positive impact onemployee performance.(3)Commitment human resource pratises have positive impact onemployee performance.(4) Knowledge sharing has partial mediating effect on therelationship between commitment human resource pratises and employee performance.(5)Trust has partial moderateting effect on the relationship between knowledge and employeeperformance.Then, according to our study results, we diseuss the enlightenment and reemmend ationson enterprises. Finally, we sum up the limitations of the study and raise the direction forfuture researeh.
