In today's complex and fiercely competitive environment,innovation has gradually become a key factor affecting organizational performance and determining organizational viability.How to maintain the competitive advantage of the organization through organizational innovation has become an important issue for enterprises.Existing research shows that effective management of the knowledge possessed by the organization is a prerequisite for organizational innovation,and the main content of knowledge management is how to promote knowledge sharing within the organization.Under the background of the era of knowledge economy,human resources,as an important carrier of lknowledge,will gradually replace other kinds of resources within the organization and become a key resource that affects the organization's innovation performance.Organizations can achieve their goals by adopting effective management practices that influence the changing attitudes,behaviors,and abilities of employees.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for enterprises to explore how to promote knowledge sharing within organizations through human resource management practices and thus improve organizational innovation performance.Through literature review,this paper finds that in recent years,scholars have conducted many research on high-commitment human resource practice.The research results show that high-commitment human resource practice can promote knowledge sharing and organizational performance improvement.However,between the two,there is still no theoretical framework that can be widely accepted,and few scholars directly study the absorptive capacity and enterprise innovation performance as the focus of attention,and lack of research to combine the two..Therefore,on the basis of combing the literature,this paper constructs a conceptual model of the impact of high-commitment human resource practice on corporate innovation performance,introduces knowledge sharing as a mediator variable,and absorbs capacity as a regulatory variable to deeply study how human resource management activities promote innovation.The improvement of performance and the role of absorptive capacity in the process of achieving corporate innovation performance.On this basis,this paper proposes the corresponding research hypothesis,designs the questionnaire,uses the questionnaire survey method to distribute electronic and paper questionnaires through online and offline channels,collects data,and applies SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 for hypothesis analysis.Specifically,it includes sample feature description,data quality analysis,structural equation model test and regression analysis.Finally,according to the test results,the corresponding management suggestions are proposed for the enterprise.The research results show that:(1)High-commitment human resource practice has a positive impact on enterprise innovation performance,and the ability improvement,motivation incentive and authorization participation dimensions all have positive impact on innovation efficiency and innovation efficiency.(2)High-commitment human resource practice has a positive effect on knowledge sharing.The three dimensions of capacity improvement,motivation incentive and authorization participation dimension have a positive impact on knowledge sharing.(3)Knowledge sharing significantly drives the innovation performance of enterprises,which has a positive impact on the innovation efficiency and innovation efficiency of enterprises.(4)Knowledge sharing plays a part in mediating the path of high-commitment human resource practice on corporate innovation performance.(5)Absorptive capacity positively regulates the relationship between knowledge sharing and corporate innovation performance.
