Company C as a telecommunicationscompany, decides to outsource the logistics business of customized mobile terminalequipment to a professional logistics service providers, and establishes good partnership withlogistics service providers, to ensure timely supply of customized mobile terminals, to reducelogistics cost,and to ensure the C’s3G business development.This paper focuses on the actual situation of C company, at first, This paper analyzes Ccompany’s logistics status and customization terminal business logistics demand, because thestatus of logistics can not meet the customization terminal logistics demand, C company needto customized terminal logistics outsourcing,and put forward specific requirements of theability of logistics service providers; Then,based on the research situation on logistics serviceproviders evaluation and logistics demand of mobile terminal customization for C company’sfactor, the paper constructs the index system with22indexes to evaluate logistics serviceproviders. Among them, qualitative indexes which reflects the basic quality of the enterpriseinclude corporate culture, corporate reputation, terminal value-added, insurance claimsmanagement;service cost, transport capacity, storage capacity and the potential of enterprisedevelopment are quantitative indexes;Then, based on the feature of22indexes,the paperestablishes the DEA evaluation method based on AHP and the principal component analysismethod, at the same time, introduces the cross evaluation model. Quantitative data wereobtained by using ahp method to deal with qualitative indicators,The quantitative resultsobtained by the AHP method with qualitative indicators, the paper uses principal component analysis method to deal with quantitative indicators to obtain comprehensive index removedhighly correlated, The data will be divided into input index and output index into the DEAbasic model and cross evaluation model to comprehensive evaluation results; Finally, thelogistics service provider selection model is applied to the C company to help C companyselecte logistics service providers to meet the customization terminal logistics business,reduce the risk of logistics outsourcing.
