Study On Financial Risk Analysis And Control Of Company M Based On The Method Of Efficiency Coefficient

With the increasing complexity of the external economic environment, there will be agrowing number of increasingly complex financial risks among enterprises. Due to theobjectivity and damage of financial risk, enterprises should make clear of their own financialsituation, and set about financial risk identification, evaluation and control, and take effectivemeasures to avoid and control risk, which might lead to financial crisis. In this paper, we usecompany M who has just been revoked delisting risk warning as an object, analyze thefinancial risk of its existence and give control recommendations.Using M company for the study object, based on the theory of financial risk management.Firstly the paper presents the overall financial situation of the company, and then identifiesand analyzes the risk for company M from the perspective of external factors and internalfactors. External risk factors include the policy environment and industry environment, andinternal factors include the impact of financing risk, investment risk and operational riskcapital factors. Then, build a financial risk model evaluated by profitability, operations,solvency and the developing ability with the efficacy coefficient method. And use AHP todecide the heavy weight of each index. Company M turns out to have a big financial risk afterthe evaluation of the financial position. Finally, put forward the corresponding controlrecommendations for the major financial risk of company M’s.The risk analysis, evaluation and the proposed measures of control of this paper haveuniversal effect for the shipping industry enterprises, which can help them improve theirability to resist risks.
