Railway plays in our economic and social development pillar of strength, it isthe solid backing of social development, supply and demand in the national demandfor transport capacity and increasing rail traffic conditions, the increase in railwayconstruction initiative is imperative. Development of railway construction or notrestrict a development scale and speed railway construction of the country to followthe development trend of the times and the "people-oriented" scientific concept ofdevelopment, contributing to the country and the people and " China Dream."Particularity lies in the railway construction project management system forms thecore of the operation, project management infrastructure programs as an importantpart of project management throughout the entire railway construction, projectmanagement once the error will affect railway construction other aspects of the workof normal operation. Project management to ensure the normal operation of therailway construction team performance as the central theme of the projectmanagement team, then ensure that the project management level. Railwayconstruction project management team for improving the performance of the railwayconstruction project management level, improve the economic, social andecological benefits of railway construction, thus contributing to a virtuous cycle ofdevelopment of the whole railway system has a pivotal role.In this paper,the analysis of project management and team-building at homeand abroad of the relevant literature premise, combined with the actual railwayconstruction, concrete analysis of specific issues, the use of statistical softwareSPSS18.0using descriptive statistical analysis, the validity of the analysis of thequestionnaire, factor analysis and ordinal regression analysis, the relationshipbetween empirical research impact analysis of railway construction projectmanagement team performance factors and team performance, and the resulting datato sort out the analysis, drawn mainly affect team performance as well as thepresentation out of the question, and accordingly put forward constructive suggestions, in order to promote the railway construction project management teamperformance.
