Since the establishment of organizational structure team become a trend in thedevelopment of enterprises based on the model, the project team has been widely used inenterprises, but there is a lack of systematic theoretical research to achieve the projectteam performance management efficient. Qinhuangdao CITIC Dicastal Co.,Ltd ischanged from a single domestic enterprises into an international one, scale is continuallyexpanding, technological is continually innovated, R&D projects continue to increased.The company’s engineering infrastructure and development projects are conducted in aproject team model, but the performance management mode is the same as the otherdomestic enterprises, the mode of operation does not make the appropriate changes tosupport the project team mode. This paper aims at the performance evaluation on theproject team performance management theory.Firstly, there is a summary about the project team performance theory research. Theperformance appraisal is the core content of project team performance management, it isthe basis and prerequisite for achieving the project objectives.Secondly, there is the related theory of project and project team. Systematicallyexpounded the purposes, characteristics, advantages, classification and standards ofperformance appraisal, and provides the theoretical basis for designing the performanceappraisal system for the project team.Thirdly, there is a comprehensive analysis of the existing basic situation andproblems of, and according to the existing problems, proposed the corresponding solution.Design the performance appraisal system scientifically, the concrete content includes: theperformance appraisal for the team members, the performance appraisal for the teamleaders and the performance appraisal for the team.Finally, to ensure the team performance appraisal system can be implementedsmoothly, put forward the guarantee measures, including the organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee, supervision guarantee and corporate culture guarantee.
