Basedon network economy and the theory related with the networking of road freight, combinedwith the current situation of road freight market and enterprises, the paper analyses theeconomic features of road freight network, and the formation mechanism of networkingbenefits of road freight. Then it evaluates the networking benefits from shippers andenterprises. At last, this paper comes to a conclusion that networking development of roadfreight enterprises is good for improving economic benefits for both shippers and freightenterprises, and puts forward the key technology and suggestions on the networkingdevelopment of road freight.enterprises.
