Study Of Theory And Application On Networking Of Road Cargo Transportation

Transport organization efficiency has been a focus and difficult problem bothering with the development of road freight transportation industry especially, being focused by the government at all levels, transportation enterprise, research institutes and the whole society. Since the reform and opening up, along with the rapid development of our country’s economy and society and comprehensive release of road transportation industry, In the overall rapid development of road freight industry, it has some serious structural imbalances problems such as small scale of the enterprise, low market concentration, not high transportation organizational level, the lower network service level.However, network transport as an advanced transportation organization way that can raise transportation efficiency and reduce resource consumption and reduce the transportation costs and improve transportation service level, which has been ignored in our long-term and the effective theory research is so limitated, which made the situation facing with low efficiency of road freight transportation increasingly serious.Based on this, the thesis took the development present of our country’s road freight transport industry as the background, the theory related with transport economics as the theoretical platform, exploring for the implementation of road networking freight transport modes as research main line, improving organizational efficiency of road freight transportation and development level as the ultimate target, and made the system and in-depth research on theory and application of road networking freight transport, exploring and innovating on follow several aspects.(1) The thesis expounded and defined several new concepts such as the characteristics and connotation of transport networking and networking transportation, elements, classification, construction mode, production mode, management model of road freight network, and put forward the scientific and reasonable classification of road networking freight service.(2) The thesis applied the transport network model called "hub-and-spoke" to road freight research field, and deeply discussed the necessity and feasibility of the model, and analyzed the economy of the model by mathematics formula and graphical calculation.(3) Using the network basic theory and model, the thesis detailedly analyzed the economic effect and value of road freight networking, with focusing on the social total profit, social total cost, and social total value.(4) The thesis builded up the property regulation model of road freight network, and detailedly analyzed the property arrange and operation mode of three network insisted of road freight basic network, road freight business network, road freight information network.(5) The thesis deduced the efficiency and cost boundaries of traditional road freight model and networking freight model, and put forward the weigh model about networking freight and discretion model of profit or benefit.(6) The thesis systematically induced the development situation of road freight industry and hinge problem of restricting road networking freight, and proposed the necessity, motivation and stage of implementing road networking freight.(7) The thesis proposed the development model and operation mechanism of road networking freight, and our country should classifily implementation. In accordance with transportation of truck-load and express transport, our country should implement networking freight model in view of enterprise contract relationship. In accordance with sporadic freight transportation, our country should implement networking freight model in view of information trading platform, and expounded the operation mechanism of networking freight in detail.(8) Pointing at the development environment of our country’s road freight industry, using the advanced experience and revelation of development of road freight in developed countries, and put forward the key technology and policy suggestions on the road networking freight.The research results of this thesis will firstly contribute to the government department in charge of the theoretical value and practical significance of road freight networking transport,more clearly, and grasp the inherent law of road freight networking transport, and formulate policies for promoting the healthy development of road freight networking transport. Senconly, it will be in favour to improve service level and reduce transport costs and expand business scale and enhance market competitiveness. Furthermore, it will be beneficial to ascend transport efficiency, improve development environment, clear development direction, cultivate and develop the national unity and standardization of road freight transport market.
