Corporate social responsibility has attracted more and more attention from all sectorsof society. What impact corporate social responsibility will bring to corporate has becomethe focus of academy and business. With the development of stakeholder theory, manyscholars began to explore the influence of corporate social responsibility for stakeholder’sbehavior, but mainly focused on the research of the consumer. But staffs are the mostimportant stakeholders of the enterprises, the study of its impact on employee’s behavior isstill limited. From the employee’s organizational commitment, this paper takes anexploratory research on the impact of the corporate social responsibility under theperspective of employees on employee’s organizational commitment. And considering thatthe enterprises of different industries may differ in the implementation status of corporatesocial responsibility and employee’s organizational commitment, this paper selects thefinancial industry and retail industry for comparative analysis.By sorting out the relevant research on the influence of corporate social responsibilityto employee’s organizational commitment, summarizing the connotation and themeasurement methods of corporate social responsibility and employee’s organizationalcommitment, and constructed the research model of this paper, put forward relevanthypothesis. Through small-scale test for employees, determine employee-perspectivecorporate social responsibility indicator system including the responsibility for employees,consumers and community; based on Allen and Meyer’s study about organizationalcommitment, determine organizational commitment indicator system has three dimensions:the affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Throughcarries on the questionnaire investigation on the staff of the financial and retail industry inXi’an, analyzing the gathered data through correlation analysis and regression analysis andT-test by the statistical software SPSS17.0, to verify the hypothesis and draw theconclusions. The study found that, the implementation status of corporate socialresponsibility and employee’s organizational commitment have a significant positivecorrelation, and for enterprises of different industries, the correlation between the variousdimensions of corporate social responsibility and the dimensions of organizational commitment is different; for enterprises of different industries, the various dimensions ofcorporate social responsibility have different impact on organizational commitment and itsdimensions; Industry variable exists significant influence on the corporate socialresponsibility and organizational commitment. Finally, put forward to some managementsuggestions, such as improve the awareness of corporate social responsibility, pay attentionto the implementation of basic social responsibility, and enhance the promotion of corporatesocial responsibility, according to the characteristics of the industry to adopt appropriatebehavior of corporate social responsibility.
