China’s manufacturing industry has a lot of issues such as low value-added, resourceconsumption, environment pollution, lacking of independent innovation capability and soon, how to get rid of depending on low-cost, win fierce price competition are currentlyproblems to solve to many manufacturing companies. Service-oriented manufacturingmodel is born in this industrial environment, implementation of service-orientedmanufacturing, is benefit for transforming the economic growth mode, adjusting theindustrial structure, extending enterprise’s value chain and promoting the transition fromMade in China to Chinese foundry.The rational allocation and use of resources are the key problem to enterprise’s survivaland development, adequate resources could ensure efficient operation of the enterprise, butalso bring the cost increases; lacking of resources affect the operation of enterprises. At acertain stage of social and economic development, as opposed to the needs of customers,the resources are always showing the relative scarcity, which requires companies take thelimited,scarce resources with relatively rational allocation, and spend with the leastresources, produce the most suitable products and services to obtain the best results.Evaluation and optimization of enterprise resource allocation under the service-orientedmanufacturing model has important significance to the survival and development ofenterprises.This paper through reading literature study, based on a lot of studies of service-orientedmanufacturing and enterprise resource allocation, used some related theory to analyze thedemands of business, take enterprise T as the example to analyze the demands of resourceallocation systems and resource allocation process under the model of service-orientedmanufacturing, and the differences in corporate income model with the traditionalmanufacturing model. For the uncertainty of customer demand of manufacturing enterpriseof service-oriented, the paper from the three angles of service cost, service time, servicesatisfaction, used multi-objective planning to research the company’s resource allocation,and finally used gray AHP to evaluate the enterprise resource allocation based on empiricalanalysis, the results of research could guide companies in reallocation of resources, toimprove resource utilization, reduce costs, increase revenue and maintain their marketcompetitiveness.
