With deepening economic globalization, competition is intensified, the trend of product homogeneity is increasing. At the same time, the customer needs is further complicated and dynamic. In order to continue to remain competitive in the industry, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck Co., Ltd implemented the overall strategy of transforming to service-oriented manufacturing from traditional manufacturing. Supply chain, as an very important business of activities, needs to optimize its management and establish efficient supply chain management network. Only by this can really provide a high level of customer service. From this reality, combined with relevant theory, this paper deeply studied Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck Co., Ltd procurement and supply chain, and proposed improvement goals and suggestions.This paper firstly focus on the general situation of the overall strategic transformation of Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck Co., Ltd, summarized the theory of concepts, content and research status of service-oriented manufacturing, procurement and supply chain, specifically analyzed the theoretical perspective of the paper. Secondly, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck Co., Ltd service-oriented manufacturing strategy content is described, and the objectives and mission requirements of procurement and supply chain management strategy which is fit of the overall service-oriented manufacturing strategy is proposed. then, from the Management status of Shaanxi heavy Duty Truck Co., Ltd supply Chain, problems was analyzed in three aspects which were the supplier access, supplier evaluation and procurement project management, the gap between the ideal model and the status of procurement and supply chain management is also analyzed. Finally, considering theoretical knowledge and the company status, the methods of qualitative and quantitative analyzing is used, from the aspects of the establishment of supplier classification, access and evaluation index system and implementation methods, and optimization of management practices and other aspects of procurement plan, practical optimizations of procurement and supply chain management of Shaanxi heavy Duty Truck Co., Ltd were put forward.This study has important reference value for Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck Co., Ltd solving the current procurement problems in the supply chain and improving supply chain management and to a certain extent provided a guideline of landing Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck Co., Ltd service-oriented manufacturing strategy, and also had some reference for other units both inside and outside the industry.
