While the small and micro enterprises are in the process of growing, theability of marketing is one of the most important factors which may restrictthe development. Small and micro enterprises includes small businesses,micro-enterprises, family-owned enterprises, individual industrial andcommercial households and other types of generalization of certainenterprises. Generally, they have single type of product or service, type ofservice which determines can not have a lot of cash flow available like themedium-sized enterprises that can invest a lot of manpower and materialresources to do marketing. Small micro-enterprises operating costs ofenterprises accounted for a higher proportion of GDP, the development ofe-commerce for small micro-enterprise has brought a very good opportunityfor the use of e-commerce which may greatly reduce operating costs, enhancethe competitiveness of small micro-enterprises in the market.This research takes a small ceramic factory for example, in the analysis ofsmall and micro enterprises and e-commerce development of the basic theoryand practice based on the combination of small micro-enterprises in thee-commerce practice and exploration, expand on small and micro enterprisedevelopment of e-commerce related research, in order to promotee-commerce in small and micro enterprises to produce good role in promoting.The main research program first is from business operations, transactions, andthe perspective of legal issues to commence the development of e-commercefor small and micro enterprises to analyze the presence of certain phenomena;Then, from e-commerce operations strategy, e-commerce strategy,e-commerce risk prevention strategy perspective to explore the developmentof small and micro enterprises commerce worthy of improvement. Throughthese small micro-enterprises in the most prone to problems of research andresearch can give small micro-enterprise development to provide a good development for reference.Small micro-enterprise development problems of e-commerce will help usclear rationale small and micro enterprises in the development of e-commerceprocess will present a number of theoretical issues, to promote e-commerce insmall and micro enterprises in the good use of laying a solid theoretical basis,while helping to get a clear idea hinder the development of small and microenterprises the main obstacles to e-commerce, and to find out the root causebehind these impediments, for the latter to carry out an effective e-commercefor small and micro enterprise development lay the foundation for the work ofcorporate governance.
