Since twenty-first Century, the integration of world economy drives theautomobile industrial layout adjustment to globalization, brought great opportunitiesand challenges to the development of China’s auto parts industry. Science andtechnology updating speeds up, the consumer demand diversification, shortenedproduct life cycle, the human cost rose sharply, intra industry competition will promoteChina’s auto parts enterprises to improve the management idea and managementtechnology. Among them, reduce costs has become the focus of attention of the autoparts industry, the industry characteristics, auto parts of foreign procurement costsaccount for the total sales of60-70%, a high proportion of the purchase cost of autoparts enterprises are aware of the changes in the past its resource advantage andmanaging mode have not against the external environment, to promote the enterprisesto change the original market transaction mode and management mode, re locate on therelationship between suppliers, changed from the original competition relationship topartnership, supply chain management system to establish win-win basis, improve thechain in the competitiveness of enterprises, enhance the resilience to cope with externalrisk.This paper from the theoretical basis of suppliers, from the resource basedtheory, transaction cost theory, coordination theory, value chain theory andother theories to the important significance of supplier management. Because of theinternal resources of the enterprise is limited, enterprises to win the competition in themarket, must obtain key resources through the external resources integration ofenterprise. But due to the existence of asymmetric information, negotiationand execution costs of external transactions, the existence of transactioncosts will increase the cost of enterprises, only through establishing the cooperationrelationship with suppliers to reduce future uncertainty of transaction and improvethe efficiency of resource integration, on the basis of the value chain of rational divisionof labor, enhance synergies, to seize the competition advantage. Secondly, this paper carries on a research on advanced supplier management ofBW company to Foreign capital company, the current state of BW suppliermanagement from four aspects: supplier procurement mode, supply chain supplierselection and audit, supplier performance evaluation, the core of informationmanagement, combined with the actual situation of the BW in the company, from themultiple perspectives to describe the enterprise supply chain organizations to thespecific process and related method of supply chain management, Completedescription of the actual situation of BW supply chain management.Thirdly, through the analysis of the current situation of supply chain BW, foundthe BW supplier management with agility, practicality, procedural justice andinterests etc, but there are still many problems. If the supplier relationshipmanagement localization is fuzzy, it is difficult to establish trust mechanism and benefitsharing, purchasing organization mode setting unreasonable, supplierperformance appraisal system, it is difficult to form a synergy effects are some of themajor problems BW faced in the supply chain management, the main problems and itsperformance are described.Finally, through the study of BW supplier management analysis, at the same timesome supply chain theory and methods, combined with the characteristics of China’sauto parts industry and the status quo of China’s auto parts development, putforward some feasible, workable ideas and suggestions,provide countermeasures on aseries from suppliers relationship, partnership establishment, operation flow ofenterprise, the construction supply chain and new product development, suppliermanagement, hope to provide some reference and guidance to the supplier managementof auto parts enterprises in china.
