As credit operations are the core business of commercial banks, the keypoint is how to manage the underlying risks of credit operations, which are varied along with the rapid development of financial innovation. Currently, the traditional financial analysis system, which is based on the balance sheet and profit&loss statement, is still widely used in commercial banks in china, but there are lots of limitations itself. Ignored by the commercial banks in China, however, cash flow analysis plays a complementary role to current financial analysis system. Through analyzing the real cash flow of lenders, commercial banks can promote their ability of distinguishing and controlling the risks of credit line.This thesis aims to pointing out the importance of cash flow analysis in credit line of commercial banks. Applying with comparative analysis, qualitative research and case analysis, this thesis focuses on a credit case of H commercial bank, studying the practical apply of cash flow analysis in credit operations in the commercial banks in China. Moreover, this thesis wishes to help the commercial banks in China to improve their ability of risk management.The frame of this thesis is built as following:fist of all, this thesis introduce the research background, research overview, research significance, research method and innovation. Secondly, this thesis studies the credit case of H commercial bank, analyzing the case with traditional financial analysis. Thirdly, this thesis researches the credit case with cash flow analysis and makes comparisons of the result of two analysis. Finally, based on the previous research and the practical situation, this thesis throws out suggestions for the analysis of credit operations in the commercial banks in China.
