Construction And Evaluation Of Tobacco Business Logistics Benchmarking Assessment System

With china joined the "Framework Convention on Tobacco Control" in August 2005,World Health Organization required chinese Tobacco annual sales increase year by year.Tobacco industry has to gain more profits by reducing operating costs.At present chinese tobacco logistics cost can be reduced.China National Tobacco Corporation requires benchmarking work in tobacco business logistics management,it can reduced tobacco logistics cost,and improve the level of logistics management.However,the standard management of tobacco business logistics have some problem.Benchmarking index is not reasonable,and lack of scientific appraisal method.Therefore,how to determine the research benchmarking indicators,efficient to collect,process and analyze information,and construct tobacco business logistics benchmarking evaluation system have a certain level of theoretical and practical significance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis that the tobacco business logistics benchmarking assessment situation.According to tobacco business logistics characteristics and present situation of the standard assessment,noted the problemsthat the current assessment of tobacco business logistics benchmarking.(2)Construction tobacco business logistics benchmarking assessment system.Analysis the implementation points of tobacco business logistics benchmarking assessing,construction tobacco business logistics benchmarking assessment system based on entropy TOPSIS,and carry out the implementation steps of tobacco business logistics benchmarking assessing.(3)An empirical study of Guizhou tobacco business logistics benchmarking assessment.Assessmet and evaluation Guizhou tobacco distribution center,verify the feasibility of the tobacco business logistics benchmarking assessment system based on entropy TOPSIS.The main conclusions of this paper:(1)According to the theory of benchmarking,and characteristics of the tobacco business logistics,construction tobacco business logistics benchmarking assessment system suitable for Guizhou tobacco distribution center.In this assessment system,use membership application analysis to selected indicators,and entropy TOPSIS to assessment evaluation.(2)The results of assessment evaluation and analysis it can help Guizhou tobacco distribution center recognizing the gap between itself and business benchmarking objects,help enterprises to improve logistics management and to develop a more practical business strategy.The main innovative points:(1)In this paper,empirical research the benchmarking assessment evaluation of Guizhou Province tobacco distribution center(2)This paper presents the first assessment evaluation,then select benchmark objects,and apply it to the benchmarking management of Guizhou Province tobacco distribution center.
