Research On Collaboration Of Logistics System Of Shijiazhuang Tobacco Company

Tobacco tax is the important source of national income.About 10% of the country's financial revenues are derived from the tobacco taxes.However,with the increasingly fierce competition of domestic and international tobacco market,and the adverse effect of global anti-smoking movement and the government's smoking policy,Chinese tobacco industry is facing a huge challenge.In the more difficult environment of pioneering profits,cigarette companies have turned to the logistics industry,which has a huge profit potential.Under the background of Chinese economy entering a new normal,accelerating the development of advanced logistics system is the only way to the survival and development of tobacco enterprises in China in the future.In recent years,combined with the actual work,Chinese tobacco enterprises have vigorously advanced technology innovation and management reform of tobacco logistics to promote the modernization and management of logistics equipment.In the process of enhancing the level of tobacco logistics and accelerating the construction of the tobacco logistics,how to build the internal coordinated logistics system has become a problem demanding prompt solution in tobacco enterprises.Taking the logistics system of Shijiazhuang Tobacco Company as the research object,and using the management theory,the synergetic theory,the complexity science management theory and the related theory,the Collaboration Degree Measuring Model of tobacco logistics system has been studied and established in this paper.On the basis above,the order parameter which influences the stability of tobacco logistics system is discussed.And then the collaboration of the logistics system is calculated as well.The results show that the order of the financial subsystem of tobacco logistics has been decreased obviously in recent years,and the degree of coordination of the business subsystem and the overall logistics system needs to be improved.At last,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward from two aspects: strategies of improving organizational management and suggestions for promoting organizational management.The future development direction of logistics system of Shijiazhuang Tobacco Company is made clear in this paper.
