| Built in1962, KT Company (abbr. KT) is one of domestic aviation airborne equipments key enterprises and belongs to AVIC, Aviation Industry Corporation of China. In recent years, with the support of national policy, defensive enterprise is developing rapidly. AVIC established the development strategy,"two-integration, new trinity, five, trillion", KT also promoted the target, challenging2.5billion sales income in2020. But development of KT has been unsatisfied in recent years:the annual average increase rate of sales income in"2005-2010"was only7.1%, and in late three years, it is only1.4%, which is far lower than that in AVIC and cannot prop up itself the development strategy. Futhermore, with economy weakness and market shock, KT experienced a serious brain-drain, even to talent gap. Pain is behind the crisis!
